Modules
“AskSpot has significantly improved customer service in our stores. The assistant not only searches the product catalog and helps customers choose the right items, but also automatically checks the status of orders and complaints — relieving the team and shortening response times.
The greatest value for us is the scalability of the solution and the ease of integration with additional stores and markets. We treat AskSpot as a strategic component of our customer experience development and sales automation.”
Before AskSpot
Seven storefronts, seven languages, and questions only a specialist could answer
Senetic sells IT and networking hardware to businesses — Cisco, HPE, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Fortinet, Microsoft — through its own storefronts in seven European countries. Its buyers are not browsing. They arrive with a part number and a question that has one correct answer: is this transceiver on the compatibility list, which port carries PoE++, does the kit include the power supply.
Those answers live in datasheets, not in a FAQ, and they arrived in Italian, Polish, French, English, Spanish, German and Romanian — with Poland accounting for only one chat in five. Every one of them competed for the same handful of pre-sales specialists, and a third landed after those specialists had gone home.

Rollout
How they rolled it out
One module, three passes: the catalog and its datasheets first, then the same agent cloned onto every country storefront in its own language, then live order and complaint data so the conversation does not stop at the sale.
Step 01
Catalog & datasheets
Specs, compatibility and stock
The catalog with its part numbers, specifications and stock levels, so the agent answers at datasheet level — port types, PoE budgets, transceiver compatibility, what is and isn’t in the box — instead of reading marketing copy back to an engineer.
What buyers ask
- Is the J4858D compatible with an Aruba 2930F?
- Which port is PoE++?
- Is the 60 W power supply included?
Step 02
One agent per market
Seven storefronts, seven languages
The same agent went live on each country storefront with its own name and language — Assistente Senetic in Italy, Assistant Senetic in France, Asistentul Senetic in Romania. A buyer writes in their language and is answered in it, including local details like VAT invoicing and customs.
What buyers ask
- La RAM è espandibile a 64 GB?
- Wie viele SIM-Steckplätze hat der Router?
- ¿Puedo pedir factura a nombre de empresa?
Step 03
Orders & complaints
After the sale, same window
Live order and complaint data joined the same chat, so an existing customer checks a delivery date or a claim without opening a ticket — and a quote request that genuinely needs a person is handed to the sales team with the whole conversation attached.
What buyers ask
- Trade price for 10 units?
- Where is order 100204?
- How long is the manufacturer warranty?
From real conversations
What Senetic buyers actually ask
A third of every conversation is spec-level: which port carries PoE++, whether a transceiver is on the compatibility list, how far the RAM goes. These are the questions that used to wait for a product specialist — and they are also where the carts come from.
